The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has issued a notice on the quality of telecommunications services for the fourth quarter of 2023. The notice introduces the launch of China's first AI model for personal information protection, "Zhiyu" Assistant, which provides intelligent services for APP development, operation, testing, protection, and policy interpretation. The Ministry also focuses on addressing prominent issues such as the "shake-to-jump" nuisance, and has publicly reported 81 non-compliant APPs and SDKs, continuously purifying the environment of mobile internet services.
