Recently, NVIDIA, Hugging Face, and ServiceNow have collaborated to release a new AI programming model named StarCoder2. This series of models includes a 3-billion parameter model, a 7-billion parameter model, and a 15-billion parameter model, capable of performing tasks such as source code generation, workflow generation, and text summarization, thereby enhancing developers' productivity. Compared to its predecessor, StarCoder2 achieves better performance with fewer parameters. Additionally, this series of models is licensed under the BigCode Open RAIL-M license, allowing for free access and usage.
