As 2024 marks the 30th anniversary of China's internet access, Zhou Yuan proposed strengthening policy and legal safeguards. He recommended accelerating the legislative process to promote private economic development, thereby stimulating innovation enthusiasm among internet platform companies. Zhou Yuan stated that artificial intelligence technology offers innovative opportunities for the skills training industry and proposed encouraging the mastery of AI to empower transformative development in the skills training sector.
