Microsoft is set to roll out a series of AI features on Windows 11 later this year, including a new feature internally known as "AI Explorer." Described as an advanced Copilot, AI Explorer includes a built-in history/timeline feature that can be used across all applications. Users can search for previous conversations, documents, web pages, and images through natural language. Additionally, AI Explorer can understand context, helping users initiate projects or workflows, and can even suggest tasks based on content currently displayed on the screen. These new features are expected to be released this fall as part of the Windows 11 24H2 update.
