According to Securities Times, Lei Jun, the founder of Xiaomi, successfully recruited Luo Fuli, one of the key developers of the open-source large model DeepSeek-V2, with a salary of millions, to lead Xiaomi's AI large model team. This move has attracted widespread attention in the industry and marks a strategic acceleration for Xiaomi in the field of artificial intelligence. Luo Fuli, a post-95 AI genius, graduated from Beijing Normal University and Peking University. In 2019, she became a focal point in academia by publishing eight papers at the top AI conference ACL.

DeepSeek AI recently launched DeepSeek-V2.5-1210, an enhanced version of DeepSeek-V2.5, aimed at improving AI performance in math, programming, writing, and reasoning tasks. Through comparative testing with GPT-4, it has achieved significant improvements across multiple metrics, including win rates, MT-Bench, and AlignBench scores. In terms of code generation capabilities, DeepSeek V2.5 achieved a HumanEval score of 89% and a LiveCodeBench score of 41%, showcasing its ability to generate high-quality, executable code.
