AI technology will evaluate employee skills and facilitate transfers to more promising business areas, aiming to balance new hiring growth. Deloitte has begun using generative AI tools to enhance productivity, forecasting that AI investments could lead to a 30% increase in S&P 500 profits. This year, Deloitte added 130,000 new employees, and the move to retain staff using AI is part of its strategy to scale up after the pandemic.

Recent research shows that generative artificial intelligence has achieved a 12% return on investment in marketing content production. The study reveals that generative AI for marketing content is reshaping content production, with 26% of marketers already using it and 45% planning to adopt it by the end of 2024. Content marketing is emerging in the digital age and has become an integral part of 80% of surveyed leaders' digital marketing strategies. The demand for marketing content grew 1.5 times in 2023, while marketing teams could only meet 55% of that demand, indicating that generative AI holds promise for the future.

Deloitte Japan will begin using AI to review corporate financial information in September. By training AI on past errors and misconduct in financial reports, compliance risks can be identified for auditing purposes. Deloitte aims to enhance learning methods to ensure practical applicability and accuracy.
