Indian SaaS startups are actively betting on generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enhance their products and services. According to Aakrit Vaish, founder of Haptik AI, India is expected to see the emergence of multiple software companies valued at one billion dollars within the next decade, adopting business models that are entirely different from those of American SaaS startups. He noted that the entire industry is poised for disruption.
