OpenAI recently stated that there are currently no plans to release its AI video generation model, the Sora API. The Sora model can generate highly realistic videos based on textual descriptions or reference images. During an AMA (Ask Me Anything) event with the OpenAI developer team, Romain Huet, the Director of Developer Experience at OpenAI, clearly stated that the Sora API is not currently in the plans. 'We do not have any plans for the Sora API at this time.'
