At today's Zhipu Agent OpenDay event, Zhang Peng, the CEO of Zhipu AI, announced the latest upgrade of the company's intelligent agent, AutoGLM. This upgrade enables AutoGLM to support complex operations exceeding 54 steps and to complete tasks across applications, marking an important advancement in agent technology for autonomous task completion.
Zhang Peng demonstrated the new features of AutoGLM at the conference, showcasing its speed, which even surpasses that of manual operations. This indicates the high efficiency and accuracy of AutoGLM in handling complex tasks.
Additionally, Zhang Peng announced that AutoGLM will launch a large-scale internal testing and plans to bring it to market as a consumer product as soon as possible. Furthermore, AutoGLM has introduced a "Free Auto Upgrade for 1 Billion-Level Apps" initiative, aimed at inviting application partners to explore the potential applications of AutoGLM in new scenarios together.
It is reported that AutoGLM can simulate human operations on mobile phones to perform various tasks, marking a new advancement in artificial intelligence in the "Phone Use" domain. The application of AutoGLM brings AI technology closer to people's daily lives, allowing it to perform a variety of tasks, including liking and commenting on WeChat, shopping on Taobao, booking hotels on Ctrip, purchasing train tickets on 12306, and ordering takeout on Meituan. Theoretically, AutoGLM can complete any operation that humans can perform on visual electronic devices, with a logic similar to that of humans, without the need for complex workflow setups.
