On March 3, 2025, the B-end team primarily responsible for the financial industry's B2B business was dissolved, and relevant employees signed termination agreements on the same day. Furthermore, on February 19, 2025, the PE (Prompt Engineering) team, originally part of the B2B business, was reassigned to the R&D team overseeing algorithms and C-end products.
In response, Baichuan Intelligent stated that the company is optimizing its financial business according to its established plan to concentrate resources, focus on core businesses, and accelerate the development of AI-related medical technologies.
Baichuan Intelligent revealed that its AI medical project has achieved milestone results. In deep collaboration with Beijing Children's Hospital, the jointly developed AI pediatrician has been officially deployed for expert consultations on difficult cases, becoming the world's first AI doctor formally applied in the medical field and receiving high praise from the expert panel.
Looking ahead, Baichuan Intelligent plans to further integrate resources, improve team operational efficiency, and promote the in-depth application of AI in the medical field to promote the popularization and accessibility of high-quality medical resources.
