Its AI large model platform, "Model Ark," rivals top overseas vendors, laying a solid foundation for its development.
Open Source China operates the oschina.net community, serving 18 million developers, and the Gitee platform, serving 360,000 enterprise users. Its DevOps toolchain boasts an 80% penetration rate in sectors such as finance and military. Launched in 2024, "Model Ark" aggregates thousands of open-source models, providing full-stack AI services and adapting to domestic GPUs to run hundreds of billions of parameters models. The company has received over 1.6 billion RMB in cumulative investment, with shareholders including Baidu and Huawei, building an ecosystem comprising "national team + industry players + market-oriented" entities.
Based on its developer ecosystem, Open Source China has pioneered the path to open-source commercialization and is moving towards becoming the "first open-source AI stock." Investment institutions are unanimously optimistic about its potential in the AI and信创 fields, helping China secure a core competitive advantage in the global AI 2.0 era.
