Alibaba Cloud has partnered with 10 universities and government agencies, including the National University of Singapore and the Thailand Digital Economy Promotion Agency, to launch AI and cloud computing training programs. This collaboration spans seven major Asian countries and regions, including Thailand, Singapore, and Hong Kong, aiming to cultivate digital talent in the region.

In Singapore, Alibaba Cloud will collaborate with the National University of Singapore's Operations Research and Analytics Institute and the Macroview International Management Institute to establish a Skills Center. This center will offer cutting-edge training programs in big data and AI for students and working professionals. Professor Zhang Junbiao, Executive Director of the National University of Singapore, stated that this collaboration will optimize teaching content, enabling students to better grasp AI and big data technologies and injecting new vitality into Singapore's digital economy.

Furthermore, Alibaba Cloud signed a memorandum of understanding with the Thailand Digital Economy Promotion Agency. They will jointly launch a Thai-language online cloud computing learning platform, and Alibaba Cloud's training courses will be incorporated into the agency's certification system. To enhance service quality, Alibaba Cloud's cloud products will also be integrated into the Thai government's digital product service platform, providing convenient learning resources to a wider audience.

Notably, Alibaba Cloud launched the "AI Empowering ESG Initiative," which aims to improve the accuracy and efficiency of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting using AI technology and optimize energy efficiency management. Since May last year, Alibaba Cloud has made its "ACA Generative AI Engineer Certification Course" available to global clients and has established training partnerships with organizations such as TOOT Media Solutions in the Middle East and Trends & Technologies in the Philippines, actively building a collaborative ecosystem for IT talent cultivation.

To date, Alibaba Cloud has partnered with 110 universities worldwide, covering 25 countries and regions, and has trained over 530,000 people. Through this collaboration, Alibaba Cloud continues to deepen its talent cultivation strategy in Asia, contributing to the sustainable development of the digital economy.
