The China Development High-Level Forum 2025 Annual Meeting was grandly held in Beijing, attracting numerous representatives from renowned global companies. Leaders from multinational corporations including Apple CEO Tim Cook, Samsung Electronics Chairman Jay Y. Lee, Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon, and SK Hynix CEO Park Jung-ho, were all present at the forum.
At the opening ceremony, Cook became the focus of media attention. When asked if he had used the recently popular DeepSeek application, Cook readily gave an affirmative answer, praising it by saying, "Absolutely, it's great!"
It is worth mentioning that this visit to China was Cook's first trip to the country in 2025. On March 22nd, Cook greeted his Chinese fans and friends via Weibo: "Hello, Beijing!" This warm greeting quickly sparked heated discussions online.
Furthermore, during his visit, Cook also climbed Jingshan Park with Yang Tianzhen, founder of ONE Entertainment, and they took a precious photo together. Yang Tianzhen shared this experience on Weibo and made a fun suggestion to Cook: she hoped the next generation of iPhone Pro would come in pink. Cook responded that he had received and would consider the suggestion.
