In response, Cook stated that the company is actively promoting the matter, but they need to complete a series of specific regulatory procedures before bringing the service to Chinese consumers. He added that Apple is very much looking forward to providing this service to Chinese users as soon as possible.

Apple recently launched an innovative image and video generation technology called Matryoshka Diffusion Models (MDM), aptly named the 'Nested Diffusion Model'. MDM employs a groundbreaking approach that processes images at different resolutions simultaneously, achieving seamless generation from low-resolution sketches to high-definition details. The core technical concept is similar to Russian nesting dolls, where each layer contains a smaller but fully functional substructure. The core architecture of this innovative method is referred to as Nested.

Apple has pushed the developer preview beta updates of iOS 18.1 and iPadOS 18.1 to iPhone and iPad users, with the most significant new feature being a preview of Apple Intelligence (Apple's AI). This marks the availability of Apple Intelligence for users on iOS 18.1 and macOS Sequoia 15.1. However, some features, such as the more advanced Siri, are not yet available.
