As the UK government reaffirms its vision to become an AI superpower, American data center operator CoreWeave has announced the construction of two GPU data centers in the UK. These data centers will be located in Crawley and London Dock, developed in partnership with digital real estate companies Digital Realty and Global Switch. Dell has recently initiated its second round of major layoffs, marking the second time in 15 months that the company has taken such action.
