According to The Wall Street Journal, ChatGPT Plus has demonstrated remarkable user stickiness among all AI subscription services, achieving a paid user retention rate of 71% after six months, ranking first in the industry. Data provided by Earnest Analytics shows that the Claude Pro service from Anthropic follows closely with a retention rate of 62%. Google's Gemini Advanced ranks third with a retention rate of 60%.
