According to the '2024 AI Usage Trends Report for Young People', the application of AI is no longer limited to specific fields; it has permeated various aspects of life, from work reviews to personal side jobs, creative video production, and even roles as cyber friends or partners. The report highlights that compared to 2023, those born after 1995, women, and business managers have the highest interest in AI. Overall, over 80% of respondents expressed a strong interest in AI tools such as text, graphics, audio, and video. Additionally, nearly half of the respondents reported using AI tools daily.

As generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) technology becomes a hot topic in the smartphone industry, Counterpoint Research recently conducted a survey of consumers in seven countries. The survey included over 25,000 participants from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Poland, and Japan. The results showed that only 32% of respondents were familiar with Gen AI, with the highest awareness in the U.S. at 72%. In contrast, Japan had the lowest awareness at only 7%.
