Efforts will also be made in governance innovation, with targeted and refined measures for each special operation; with respect to netizen rights, there will be a severe crackdown on various types of infringement and illegal behavior to create a clearer and more orderly online environment.

Baidu's Baijiahao announced the banning of 489 violating accounts in a statement titled 'Announcement on Crackdown Against Self-Media Utilizing AI to Spread Prohibited Content'. Recently, Baijiahao discovered that some authors utilized AIGC to create false news and other prohibited content, severely affecting user experience. In response to this phenomenon, the Baijiahao platform has taken down 15,660 pieces of violating content and banned 489 related accounts. The suspected violations include publishing false news without qualification and spreading false rumors. Baidu calls on self-media creators to accurately label information when publishing related content.
