The StrongrFastr Plan Generator can automatically generate a customized macro nutrition meal plan that meets your protein, carbohydrate, and fat goals in seconds. Simply fill in your personal information to match your specific macro nutrition goals, and then click on "Generate Plan". The plan generator will create a diet plan based on recipes / meals that meet your nutritional goals. Please note that your macronutrients will be automatically calculated by default, but if you want to create a diet plan that meets specific macro nutrition goals, you can set them in the advanced options tab.
