Abbot

A Slack bot designed to help businesses monitor and automate customer conversations. Abbot can monitor conversations in support channels and ensure timely customer replies. Abbot can trigger actions based on customer conversations and provide automated summaries and suggestions for next steps. Abbot can also be trained on documents and assist customers when they inquire about how to complete certain tasks.
