With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, more and more local governments are beginning to integrate AI into public service, attempting to enhance service quality and efficiency through intelligent means. Recently, both the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area and the Futian District of Shenzhen have launched intelligent government assistants based on the DeepSeek large model, marking an important step in the application of AI in the public administration sector.

In the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, the new intelligent government assistant has officially been put into use after testing by several enterprises. This assistant can handle inquiries and conduct material reviews, significantly shortening the time required for administrative processes. Its powerful semantic understanding capabilities enable it to accurately identify users' needs, truly achieving the goal of "doing while talking." Fu Zhe, deputy director of the Business Environment Construction Bureau, stated that the launch of the intelligent assistant provides more efficient services for enterprises and promotes the intelligent transformation of public services.

Meanwhile, 70 "AI digital employees" in the Futian District of Shenzhen have also started their roles in public service. These intelligent employees can analyze vast amounts of cases and automatically generate legal decision templates, reducing document processing time from several hours to just a few minutes. In grassroots service centers, digital employees can quickly answer questions regarding party fee payments and organizational relationship transfers, allowing staff to have more time to organize community activities, thereby enhancing service quality and efficiency.

Employees of the Futian District's Bureau of Government Services and Data Management utilize the AI office system developed by DeepSeek, which can quickly provide solutions with simple commands. Deputy Director Gao Zeng pointed out that through human-machine collaboration, overall efficiency has improved by more than 20%. This series of changes not only alleviates repetitive tasks for staff but also enhances the professionalism and effectiveness of public services, truly making AI a new driving force for government service.

The application of artificial intelligence technology in public services offers new ideas and approaches for governments to optimize services and improve efficiency. As technology continues to mature, future public services will become more intelligent and user-friendly, truly becoming a "super assistant" in people's lives.
