The statement explained that the account was unexpectedly suspended the previous day and that the company is actively working with the X team to resolve the issue.
Ji's statement indicated that initial observations suggest the account suspension may be related to cryptocurrency scams mentioned by third parties. He specifically emphasized that Manus has never been involved in any cryptocurrency projects, token issuance, or blockchain initiatives. Any cryptocurrency enterprise claiming affiliation with Manus under a similar name is fraudulent.
Regarding these imposters, Manus stated that it has initiated legal action and encourages users to report any suspicious accounts. The company hopes these measures will protect its brand image and prevent users from falling victim to potential scams.
