Alibaba International announced it will significantly increase its recruitment of artificial intelligence (AI) talent in its 2026 campus recruitment drive. Its official website indicates that AI-related positions account for a remarkable 80% of this year's openings. These roles span several key areas, including AI algorithms, research and development, and AI product management.

This recruitment initiative is closely tied to Alibaba International's ongoing investment in artificial intelligence. As a business group under Alibaba focusing on overseas e-commerce, Alibaba International has demonstrated a strong commitment to technological innovation, successfully launching Accio, the world's first AI search engine for the foreign trade sector. Furthermore, Alibaba International has leveraged AI and intelligent agent technologies to comprehensively upgrade its international e-commerce platforms, including AliExpress, Lazada, and Daraz, resulting in a substantial increase in system call volume.

During this year's campus recruitment season, Alibaba International has innovatively launched the "Bravo102" program, a global initiative designed to cultivate top-tier AI talent. This program breaks away from traditional campus recruitment models, employing a "reverse selection" mechanism where successful candidates can choose their preferred projects and teams. This approach not only underscores Alibaba International's strong demand for high-end AI talent but also highlights the company's open and forward-thinking approach.
