Users can initiate a chat with the coach by selecting questions, and the coach will provide application advice and point out resume deficiencies based on the user's situation. This feature is currently only available to paying users. With a user base of 1 billion, LinkedIn is committed to using AI to enhance user experience. Similar tools have been criticized in the past for biases, and attention must be paid to fairness in the future.
