OpenAI has officially released its new hyper-realistic AI video generation software, Sora Turbo, nearly ten months after its initial demonstration. Sora Turbo has undergone several significant upgrades. It is now available to ChatGPT Plus and Pro subscribers, who need to pay a monthly fee of $20 or $200. The service covers the United States and most non-EU and UK regions. Sora Turbo allows users to generate videos through text input or static images.

OpenAI recently announced that free users can now generate two images per day using its DALL-E 3 model, a service that was previously limited to paid subscribers of ChatGPT Plus.

The futuristic scenario depicted in the movie 'Her' is becoming a reality, as OpenAI's GPT-4o model has launched a gradual testing phase for its voice feature, providing users with a more natural and real-time conversational experience. This feature allows users to interrupt freely, can sense and respond to user emotions, and includes 'face-to-face' communication via video and screen-sharing capabilities. GPT-4o's output capability has significantly increased, allowing for an output range of 4000 to 64000 tokens in one go, equivalent to about 200 pages of a novel. During testing, users can use it to tell jokes.

According to OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, ChatGPT Plus subscribers will receive the long-awaited voice feature next week. This significant update signals a revolutionary change in the AI interaction experience.
