As part of its modernization efforts, the U.S. Air Force, in collaboration with the Chief Information Officer and the Air Force Research Laboratory, has introduced NIPRGPT. This platform aims to responsibly experiment with generative artificial intelligence (AI) for guardians, airmen, civilian employees, and contractors. NIPRGPT ensures appropriate safety measures while enabling users to engage in human-like conversations to accomplish a variety of tasks. It serves as a CAI tool that can answer questions and assist with handling communications, background documents, and code within a secure computing environment.
