GPT2Markdown is a Chrome plugin that allows you to export your conversations with ChatGPT to Markdown format with one click. It can also utilize ChatGPT's automatic labeling feature to name the files. You can import the exported conversations into tools (like Notion) for digital storage, or save them in a dedicated folder on your external hard drive.
