Ant Group's subsidiary, Shanghai Ant Lingbo Technology Co., Ltd., has recently launched a large-scale recruitment drive and unveiled its development plan for embodied intelligent humanoid robots. Established at the end of 2024 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, this tech company is focusing on recruiting four core team positions through Liepin, with work locations in Shanghai and Hangzhou.

The recruitment information shows that open positions include humanoid robot system and application software engineers, humanoid robot hardware structure engineers, humanoid robot motion control software engineers, and humanoid robot complete/hardware product experts, with a salary range of 35-80k, paid in 16 installments. Among them, hardware structure engineers are required to lead the design of key robot components, possessing over 3 years of experience and experience in mass production product development; system software engineers are expected to develop proprietary robot operating systems, build a developer platform ecosystem, and emphasize the construction of a "self-controlled technology system."
