On February 20, Musk announced an important update via social platform X, stating that the Grok application has successfully launched the early testing version of the Grok3 voice mode. This news immediately attracted widespread attention.

Musk mentioned in his post that although this is an early testing version of the Grok3 voice mode, users may encounter some issues during use, but the team will quickly address these problems. He emphasized that even in the testing phase, the performance of the Grok3 voice mode is still outstanding.

Reportedly, the Grok3 voice mode offers users a brand new interactive experience. This mode allows users to converse with artificial intelligence using natural language, making information retrieval and interaction more intuitive and efficient. To cater to different user needs, Grok3 also provides two distinct voice options, Ara and Grok, each with its unique personality. Additionally, users can add custom notes and easily record and share conversation content using the share button.

It is worth mentioning that xAI has decided to make Grok3 available to the public for free, within the limits of server capacity. Previously, users had to subscribe to X Premium+ or SuperGrok to access Grok3. However, users who have already subscribed to X Premium+ or SuperGrok will enjoy additional privileges, including priority access to the Grok3 voice mode.
