Core functionalities include navigation assistance, store risk assessment, and expert recommendations, ultimately helping merchants reduce operational costs.

At the 2025 Shanghai AWE exhibition, Tmall unveiled a groundbreaking AI design tool for the e-commerce industry – "JiaZuo." This tool provides a comprehensive and efficient design solution for home appliance, furniture, and home decoration merchants. Merchants simply upload product images to generate various styles of scene images with a single click, achieving results comparable to professional photography.
