During the Double Eleven shopping festival, Taobao introduced a new primary category for artificial intelligence services, including AI painting and AI photo generation. This initiative will provide support policies for merchants, with dedicated staff managing operations to gradually enrich the variety of products.

Taobao Q&A is set to launch a Double 11 promotional mode that provides comprehensive discounts, including reductions and threshold discounts, through AI large model-generated purchase suggestions, reducing the decision-making cost for users. Over 5 million users have already experienced Taobao Q&A.

Taobao has launched the internal testing of the AI large model application 'Taobao Wenwen' to meet consumers' needs across categories and fields. It can be used for information search, creative content generation, and other scenarios. Users can participate in the test through the Taobao App search or invitation code. The full launch date has not yet been announced.
