Zhihu AI, a leading player in the Chinese large language model market, has officially begun its initial public offering (IPO) process, marking a significant milestone for the industry's 'Big Six' companies.

Zhihu recently released its Q4 2024 and full-year financial results. The data shows that Zhihu's annual revenue reached 3.6 billion yuan, a 14.3% decrease compared to last year. However, in Q4, Zhihu achieved a significant breakthrough, with revenue reaching 860 million yuan. Adjusted net profit was 97.1 million yuan, and operating profit was 23.1 million yuan, successfully achieving overall profitability. Qichacha APP shows that Shanghai Zhiyuan Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. recently increased its registered capital to over 80.45 million yuan. The legal representative has changed from Shu Yuanchun to Deng Taihua, and several senior executives have also changed.
